ROLE SUMMARY This position is located in Orem Utah and requires in office training, the position will transition to remote after the completion of training. Our Sales Professionals receive inbound and make outbound phone calls from warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns. Successful Inside Sales Pros determine customer needs and provide a white-glove experience from start to finish during the sale. The ideal candidate is organized, with superb note taking skills, and pays close attention to detail. Prior pest control experience is helpful but not required. Please note: This is a commission-based role with a high earning potential. With a base of $10 per hour, added commissions make the average take-home pay between $5,000 and $7,000 per month ($70,000 to $150,000 per year). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls to prospective customers. * Answer prospective customers' questions about services, prices, and scheduling. * Track and report on key metrics including competition updates each day. * Work with pest control technicians to track new sales and services, upload and abide by service agreements, and onboard new customers. * Collaborate with pest control technicians, field managers, team members, and customer experience agents to ensure positive customer experiences. * Assist in scheduling team sales by adjusting routes, calling technicians for same day requests, and trimming down routes while adhering to all scheduling rules. * Investigate and reschedule any initial jobs that were not completed the previous day. * Participate in sales meetings and trainings to stay up to date on sales procedures, team goals, market conditions, and business needs. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * High School education or equivalent. * 1-2 years of over-the-phone sales experience. * Strong communications skills in-person and over the phone. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Excel; constructing simple formulas, creating PivotTables, and generating reports. * Detail-oriented and responsible. Able to show up on time and rectify all scheduling mistakes. * Self-motivated, energetic, and tenacious. Able to pull yourself out of ruts and exercise grit to keep moving upward. * Pest control experience is a plus. * PestRoutes and Genesys software experience is a plus.
