We are looking for a BDC Sales Agent to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings. Track interactions and follow-up activities. * Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to keep potential customers engaged and informed about our products/services. * Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff. * Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams. * Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and research support, including preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations. * Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of various outreach methods. * Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with leads and customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
