We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer & Accounting Support Specialist to join our growing team at EastRock Solutions. Position overview This is a hybrid customer service and accounting support role , ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You'll play a key part in supporting customers, assisting with accounting-related tasks, and helping maintain accurate processes within our ERP system (Epicor P21). You will work closely with our Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent service. This role reports to the COO. The main focus areas are: * Customer Service & Order Support * Accounting Support (AR/AP) * ERP System Coordination * General Administrative Support What you will do: - Process customer quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately in Epicor P21 - Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions (data entry, reconciliations, vendor/customer communications) - Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution - Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment - Track supplier lead times and communicate proactively with internal teams - Assist with ERP data integrity and support process improvements related to daily system use - Provide general administrative and office support as needed What we are looking for * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required) * 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, or accounting-related roles * Experience using ERP systems (Epicor P21 preferred, but not required) * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across departments * A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role Compensation & Benefits * Hourly pay starting at $25.hour, commensurate with experience * Opportunities for growth and cross-training * Supportive, team-oriented environment with hands-on training * Potential for long-term career development in a growing company Why join EastRock?
