Sales Support Specialist Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist for our Jackson Systems (wholesale) division. Core Values: * Start with people first * Own it * Solve problems at their core * Never stop learning * Demand excellence, not perfection * Operate with urgency * Work hard while having fun Details, Details: * Respond to customer inquiries and voicemails, providing accurate information and resolving issues. * Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and message requests or any other customer requests for information. * Enter customer orders into the ERP systems * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system. * Understand our product offerings to effectively assist customers with their questions and provide accurate solutions. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement efforts. * Collaborate with internal teams such as Shipping and Receiving to ensure customer needs are met efficiently (i.e. returns, etc.). Role Expectations: * Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. * Proactively seek feedback to enhance personal and team performance. Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate: * 1-2 years of customer service experience * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office skills. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
