We are beginning the next phase of our organization, with a focus on growth. We are hiring individuals with a desire to build a book of business. Responsibilities * Talk to clients and carriers via email, phone and chat. * Negotiate shipping rates with carriers - communicate those rates to customers. * Provide customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently. * Ensure that all shipments are tracked and traced regularly and accurately. * Manage daily shipping schedules. * Generate new business leads and follow up on client referrals. Requirements * Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. * Exercise extreme professionalism through adversity. * Work well under time constraints and deadlines. * Time management / Organization / Digital Hygiene * Must be able to work 06:30-15:30 Monday through Friday.
