Barclay Friends is a well-established and upscale senior living community. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to maintain admissions and public awareness of Barclay Friends. The ideal candidate will be a member of the leadership team and must have a proven track record of developing internal and external relationships to coordinate admissions. marketing sales and public relation activities. Essential Functions of the Role: * Cultivate full occupancy of the community by leading admissions, marketing, sales and public relation activities. * Achieves marketing objectives by developing and implementing an annual marketing plan, which establishes marketing goals, analyze the competition and develop strategies. This include developing annual budget for marketing and sales activities and maintain budget controls. * Manages move-ins for new skilled and personal care residents as well as internal moves of current residents. * Coordinates the public relations program, including publications website postings, news releases, advertising, email campaigns, speaking engagements and other networking in the wider community. Represents Barclay Friends to the media and works with the Executive Director and Kendal Corporation to prepare statements as needed. * Oversees marketing research including satisfaction surveys of residents, their families or service provider and market research including stake holder interviews, prospect surveys, focus groups and data analysis as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree & 3 or more years supervisor experience in senior living marketing or sales or equivalent experience. * Database, spreadsheet, and word processing skills * Basic knowledge of digital and website-based marketing approaches * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have valid driver's license.
