This position is a fast paced job in that you must prepare quotes for Commercial Business Accounts, as well as Federal, State, and Local governments accurately competitively and as quickly as possible. New customers call in from products they see off the website requesting quotes and information. We have products loaded into our CRM. You will calcualte freight and add it to the quote. The system will follow up with customers automatically for you. Experience with phone sales is a plus. You will also follow up with current customers to see if they have any needs. Its very important that we keep a close relationship with our customers so that they remember us when they are going to buy something. This position is a commission based position so the more you sell the more you will make. Any capital sales experience is a plus as many sales are financed. Also, relationships with warehouses in the Los Angeles, Ontario California area and Material Handling experience is a plus. Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Summary As a Sales Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and managing client relationships. Reporting to the Sales Director, your core responsibilities include account management, sales leadership, and effective communication with clients. Utilizing your premium skills in negotiation and business development, you will engage in B2B sales and leverage technology sales strategies. Your ability to analyze market trends and conduct warm calling will enhance your effectiveness in identifying new opportunities.
