Prior Knowledge Requirements: * Commercial service projects and repair quotes i.e. Chillers, boilers, VAV, air handlers, water source heat pumps, Cooling Towers, packaged units and splits * Service contract sales * DDC controls sales a plus Requirements: * Competitive, Money and Goal Motivated * Drug free and pass a drug screening * Clean driving record * Experience with reading and pricing from mechanical drawings * Strong knowledge of the local Building and Mechanical Codes * Excellent communication skills * 5-10 years local experience Benefits include company phone, paid vacation, health insurance, simple IRA plan and paid holidays.
