About the Role: We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and help drive informed decision-making. In this full- time role, you'll work directly with the Head of Sales to manage all current and potential customer-related data, ensure timely communications, and assure the accuracy of critical information. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the organization, analysis, and reporting of sales and customer data. * Utilize CRM tools to manage lead tracking, data entry, and performance analysis. * Provide proposal generation support for qualified leads. * Manage workflow correspondence and follow-up with qualified prospects. * Gather and maintain customer and lead information, including: * Frequency of lead contact * Customer organizational structure (as defined by sales leadership) * Probability of customers changing vendors * Business size and industry segment * Urgency of customer needs * Contact information for key decision-makers * Help prepare regular sales reports and internal presentations for the Head of Sales. Qualifications: * 2-4 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a related role. * Prior sales experience is a plus. * Familiarity with HubSpot is a strong advantage. * Must have experience with CRM systems, including data entry, sales tracking, and tool utilization. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking. * A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
