Who we are: [please apply online] Responsibilities * Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and telemarketing efforts. * Communicate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the sales administration system. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients. * Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with retail sales techniques and principles is advantageous. * Experience in sales administration processes is beneficial. * Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations, is desirable. * A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
