In-home Sales Manager Are you a driven leader who thrives in a competitive sales environment? Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive salary plus industry leading bonus & commission model * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Company vehicle & gas card * Paid Time Off * 401k + match * Company events and excursions Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership and Management: * Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team. * Set clear sales goals and objectives, and monitor team performance. * Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales team members. * Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. * Sales Strategy and Execution: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals. * Customer Relationship Management: * Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. * Market Analysis and Business Development: * Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. * Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market share. * Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. * Collaboration: * Work closely with the construction, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
