Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to potential customers, providing outstanding customer service, and meeting sales targets. You will be the key point of contact for customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. Key Responsibilities * Sales & Customer Service: Qualifications: * Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs. * Provide information on vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. * Demonstrate vehicles to customers and offer test drives. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. * Sales Targets & Goals: * Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales department. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and trade-in programs. * Assist customers with the financing process, offering available options to suit their budget. * Inventory Management & Knowledge: * Stay informed about the dealership's inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles. * Coordinate with the sales manager to ensure that the inventory meets customer demands. * Administrative Duties: * Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. * Process sales contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. * Maintain an organized and clean showroom environment. * Team Collaboration: * Work closely with other sales professionals, service staff, and management to achieve sales goals. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing sales strategies. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. * Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail, is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. * Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Ability to lift and move vehicles (or assist with vehicle preparation) as needed.
