Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with flying colors * Collaborate with sales agents to help clients discover their dream homes * Deliver insightful, written feedback to fine-tune clients' home search criteria * Craft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients * Dedicate at least 10 hours a week to lead generation * Engage in weekly script practice to keep your skills sharp * Join in on team activities and embrace the camaraderie * Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications * Thrives on interacting with others and takes pride in building and nurturing professional connections. * Possesses a sunny, upbeat disposition. * Comfortable with spending significant time on the road. * Skilled at understanding clients' desires and pairing them with the perfect homes. * Eager to learn and grow. * Driven and has a track record of success. * Holds a high school diploma. * Must have a real estate license.
