To be considered for this position you MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING... *Required - Minimum of 2+ years in automotive finance (special finance is a plus!) *Required - Minimum of 1+ years in automotive sales *Required - Minimum of 1+ years of automotive Sales Management If you do not have the MINIMUM requirements for this position you will not be considered for this opportunity. This is a very hands on General Manger position. The right person for this General Manager position will be someone who is truly passionate about finding customers and deals and is willing to make calls and prospect WITH their team. You will be part of a dealer group and report to the regional manager, however the expectation is that YOU are able to manage your store and the day to day activities with minimal supervision. Again, if you want to sit at a desk all day and look at reports and have minimal interactions with your team or customers, this is definitely not the position for you! This position requires the right candidate to be not only the General Manager, but also the desking and T.O. manager as well as fill in as the finance manager sometimes as well. Again, if you don't want these responsibilities and you don't want to be the one solely responsible for the success of your store and your team then this may not be the right fit for you. We are looking for the RIGHT candidate who is willing to do whatever is needed to be successful! Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the car buying process - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget - Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers - Strong knowledge of automotive sales techniques and strategies - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers - Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts - Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to cater to a diverse market - Bilingual proficiency is highly desired If you are passionate about cars, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
