Sales Manager - The Cannon Team Location: FRISCO, TX Employment Type: Full-Time/Salaried Employee Compensation: $50,000 Base + Performance-Based Bonuses (Up to $125,000+ Additional) Position Summary The Cannon Team is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing group of real estate agents. This position combines coaching, training, accountability, and strategic oversight. As a key member of our leadership team, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in increasing agent productivity, boosting retention, and aligning team performance with company-wide goals. Key Responsibilities Coaching & Agent Development - Conduct coaching sessions daily - Track agent goals, performance, and coaching insights- Submit a weekly coaching tracker - Lead by example and maintain a strong floor presence--working side-by-side with agents, guiding them through daily calls, contact strategies, and pipeline follow-up. Training & Masterminds - Lead weekly training sessions - Facilitate monthly mastermind sessions - Design training segments Daily Sales Huddles - Host daily sales huddles Performance Tracking & Accountability - Monitor agent metrics, including pipeline health, lead conversion, and contract-to-close timelines. - Ensure agents meet or exceed their individual annual production goals. - Identify trends across agent performance and present quarterly strategy reports to leadership with recommendations. Team & Culture Development - Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on growth, collaboration, and accountability. - Coordinate mentorship pairings between mid-level and top-producing agents. - Lead monthly recognition efforts to highlight productivity wins, coaching breakthroughs, and team contributions. - Collaborate with marketing, admin, and leadership teams to ensure agents receive full-cycle support. Innovation & Collaboration - Champion the adoption and optimization of CRM and lead management tools. - Lead quarterly workshops on using tech tools to maximize lead conversion and client engagement. - Partner with other office leaders to share best practices and maintain consistent training across regions. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $50,000/year (paid bi-weekly) Qualifications - Active Texas Real Estate License (Required) - 5+ years in residential real estate with strong sales metrics - Prior leadership or coaching experience highly preferred - Tech-savvy with CRM tools - Energetic, self-motivated, and results-focused Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year License/Certification: * Texas Real Estate License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Frisco, TX 75034 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Frisco, TX 75034: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In personThe Cannon Team
