The Fitzpatrick Dealership Group is currently seeking a BDC representative able to work Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm. Basic duties include the following: * Fields inbound and makes outbound phone calls on a daily basis for the purpose of promoting service, promotions, to gain new growth for the Service Departments. * Generates service appointments for the dealer group. * Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the Company's customer database system. * Communicates effectively with service customers * Utilize phone, internet and email to communicate with customers regarding their service needs Qualification requirements: * At least two years of customer service experience * Outgoing and friendly personality * Highly organized * Proficient phone and communications skills *Ability to speak Mandarin preferred What we offer: * Competitive compensation plan * Full benefits medical, dental, vision * Employer matching 401K * Paid time off We are a locally owned family business with strong community ties Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Ability to Commute: * Modesto, CA 95356 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Modesto, CA 95356: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
