Job Summary FRS is seeking an experienced relocation and/or real estate professional to join our team in the Denville NJ office as a Destination Real Estate Specialist for a specific strategic account. The qualified candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong background in real estate and title services. Candidate must be computer proficient, highly organized, detail-oriented and the ability to persuade/influence and lead. Effective communication skills are a must as this role requires articulate, on-going communication with customers, transferees, supply chain and management via phone and email. Real estate, title and closing experience is a preferred component of this position. The right candidate should also be willing to grow within this opportunity and other future opportunities in FRS. Essential Job Functions: * Direct communication to facilitate and control the destination process between Customer, Transferee (Buyer), Selling Agent, Title Company and Lender. * Manage all aspects of buyer transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing * Prepare closing instructions and monitor the closing * Obtain Closing Disclosure Statement prior to closing * Review the Closing Disclosure Statement against the contract * Approve closing and monitor that proper closing documentation is sent to FRS and then forwarded to the customer. * Positive interactions with team members, management, customers and suppliers required Qualifications: * Experience in real estate, relocation, title, or mortgage is required * Natural ability to manage competing priorities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized and detail orientated * Persuasiveness, influencing and leading * Problem solver who can take action and accept direction * Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service * Team player; works collaboratively with others * Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment * Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Processing Systems) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.75 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Experience: * real estate, relocation, title, or mortgage: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
