Responsibilities * Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards * Take part in team activities according to team guidelines * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties * Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services * Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers * Maintain records of activities and clients using PLACE Technology Qualifications * You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. * Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding effective solutions. * Excels in prospecting and generating leads. * Naturally adept at handling objections. * Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to service. * Collaborative team member * Holds a valid real estate license * Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales * Excellent in both written and spoken communication * Eager to learn and focused on growth * Highly organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Outstanding time management abilities About-our-team At PDX Property Group, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
