This Position is onsite This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the mortgage industry. Summit Home Lending will provide on the job training, all the mortgage education and tools to pass the NMLS SAFE exam. This is a career path in the exciting world of financial services with No Experience Necessary Responsibilities * Builds rapport with existing and potential borrowers * Contact borrowers and facilitate an introductory call to a licensed Loan Officer. * Dedication to learn the training program and understand the full life cycle of a loan * Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask * Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes and company policies * Maintain professionalism by meeting and exceeding customer service expectations Requirements * No sales experience necessary * Sales and call center experience preferred but not required * Highly driven self-motivated induvial who can succeed in a fast-paced energetic environment * Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential with a positive attitude and willingness to embrace coaching for continues improvement. * Must be able to pass the NMLS exam, credit and background Education and Licensing * High School Diploma or equivalent Other Duties: This job profile is not intended to be an all - inclusive list of job duties and responsibilities, as one may perform additional related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization Job Type * Onsite Schedule * 8-hour shift M-F * Weekends when needed Payment frequency * Paid semi- monthly Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.A.
