Core Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for engaging with clients, focusing on understanding their needs and identifying, communicating, and actioning service alignment with their expectations. You'll be responsible for customer experience. Requirements: This position requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual committed to customer service and professionalism. Understanding of technology and business needs is important. How You'll Contribute: * Meet directly with new and existing accounts to determine technology gaps and identify development opportunities. * Present technology solutions, our software products, and other services to clients. * Maintain positive and friendly attitude, professional appearance and demeanor. * Maintain company standards for customer service satisfaction. * Document and facilitate real-time communications with customers and internal teams. Required Qualifications: * 1-2 years previous experience in a challenging account management/sales role with a proven track record of success. (Required). * Computer / technology sales: Desired but not required. * Hospitality/Healthcare/SMB account management/development background. * Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License and proof of insurance (Required). * High school or equivalent (Required). * Proficiency with using a PC and with Microsoft based programs. * Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and follow new technology processes and systems.
