Job Description : We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative at Falcon Consulting Group, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored security solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities : * Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify and develop new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Conduct Sales Presentations : Present security solutions to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our products and services. * Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through active sales efforts and relationship-building. * Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. * Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications : * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security industry or a similar field. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions. * Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
