Inside Sales Representative (Merchant Services/MCA Loans) Location: Onsite at 3636 33rd Street, Suite 206 Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Base Salary of $47,840 annually ($23/hour) + Uncapped Residual Commissions and Bonuses About Merchant Industry Merchant Industry is a leading provider of credit card processing, dual pricing solutions, and a range of business support services, including MCA loans. Position Overview We are actively seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business for our innovative payment solutions. This role offers paid training and an uncapped commission structure, ideal for sales professionals eager to excel. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries from business owners requesting information on our products and services (POS systems, credit card terminals, credit card processing). * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads and identifying key decision-makers. * Assess client needs, addressing pain points in their payment processing, and recommend tailored solutions. * Manage the full sales cycle from the initial call to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM. * Collaborate with Risk/Underwriting, Technical Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. Qualifications Required: * 2+ years of experience in high-volume phone sales. * Experience selling merchant services and/or MCA loans. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach. * CRM experience preferred. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. * Self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable. Preferred: * Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
