Branch Manager To apply, complete an application at [please apply online] The Job: * Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion * Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews * Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing "DreamMaker" - Cleary's proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software * Monitor the building construction process through to completion * Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory * Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike * Cleary Building Corp. uses environmentally-friendly green designs and products * Experience a sense of accomplishment in our team environment and see progress take shape quickly * Responsible for the customer's total experience from start to finish, helping fulfil their dreams Qualifications: * Knowledge of building construction is essential * Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus * Management or supervisory experience desired * Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight * Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative * Sales experience helpful * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Great customer service skills Compensation/Benefits: * Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans * $75,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above-average performers * Company vehicle provided * Excellent on-the-job, web-based, and classroom training available * Potential college credits with Madison College and Steel Wood University * Opportunities for career growth * Health, dental, vision, life, and disability plan options * Paid holidays and vacation * 401(k) retirement plan The Company: * In business since 1978 Cleary Building Corp. is a family-owned, debt-free leader in post-frame manufacturing and construction. * Headquartered in Verona, Wisconsin, with over 80 locations across 23 states. * Known for its strong brand, with over 125,000 Cleary Shamrocks displayed nationwide. * Equal Opportunity Employer; smoke-free and drug-free workplace (THC testing excluded for pre-employment).
