Full description of the position

* All general order entry duties; enter and maintain customer purchase orders in CRM * Provide timely feedback to customers regarding order status, shipping methods, expedites, etc. * Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work place * Communicate and follow up on routine matters with internal departments * Prepare customer certs/packing slips for Engineering orders * Maintain sales orders/part files and records, including technical drawings * Process order acknowledgements * Answer phones, greet guests * Other duties as assigned * High school graduate or equivalent with 3 - 5 years Customer Service in manufacturing environment * No Call Center Only Experience, Please * Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office products * Ability to read title blocks on drawings/revisions * 1-2 years Technical Customer Service/Document Control a plus * Excellent communication skills, organized and detail oriented * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively * Must work well under pressure with a positive attitude * Must have a strong sense of responsibility * Dependable and trustworthy person Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply * Only full-time employees eligible Job Duties: * Answer incoming customer inquiries * Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies * Record customer information within our customer service database * Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns * Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies * Other duties as requested Communication method(s) used: * Email * Phone Work environment: * Office Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Do you have Customer Service/Inside Sales Experience in a Manufacturing Setting?
