Compensation and Benefits: * Hourly Rate: $20/hour * Gas Expense Reimbursement Responsibilities of the Sales Representative / Merchandiser: * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (bars, restaurants, liquor stores). * Increase sales and market share by promoting our diverse portfolio of spirits. * Efficiently manage your assigned territory by planning routes and maximizing time management. * Merchandise products effectively in stores, ensuring optimal shelf placement and visibility. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms. * Maintain accurate sales records and reports, tracking progress and identifying growth opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients and promptly addressing inquiries. * Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory. * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events. * Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to alcohol sales and distribution. * Regularly communicate with the sales management team regarding sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Qualifications of the Sales Representative / Merchandiser: * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. * Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or the beverage industry is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required). * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Knowledge of liquor brands and industry trends is a plus.
