This role involves engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Utilize basic math skills for transactions and cash handling at the register. * Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the sales floor is well-organized. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features to customers. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. * Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
