Overview: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical/administrative functions, inside sales, and/or customer service. Responsibilities: * Oversee the inside sales function of a single trailer plant * Provide excellent customer service to current accounts & development new accounts * Respond to inquiries promptly * Oversee and optimize the work of two (2) inside CSRs * Oversee day-to-day shipment of trailers * Process warranties, invoices, MSOs, and FedCert/VIN stickers * Assist Accounts Receivable with collections on current accounts * Maintain internal spreadsheets & customer information, and filing important documents * Improve the efficiency of the sales process * Support administrative functions of the Vice President of Sales & CSRs as required * Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales Qualifications: * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * Computer literacy & working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite * Strong attention to detail Joining our team as an Inside Sales Coordinator offers the opportunity for career growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.
