Here's more of what the we are looking for : * Engaging everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge * Being member facing which includes talking to & checking members in, reaching out to prospects, giving studio tours among other networking and tasks * Scheduling studio tours & first time visits * Working hand-in-hand with our Run Coaches to guide first time visitors through their first workout & studio experience * Selling memberships to help grow our community (KPI's in place) * Generating leads daily along with booking in first time visits (KPI's in place) * Following up through calls, texts and emails on prospective clients * Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution * Participating in marketing and outreach events * Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized Work collaboratively with Studio & Coach Management STRIDE Fitness Carmel Mountain Ranch (92128) is looking for 3 ROCK STARS to join our growing team! You will be the face of our 5-Star Member and Prospect experience! You will help generate leads to grow studio/brand awareness as well as daily calls & follow up on incoming leads. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale Meet and exceed sales goals as established for the STUDIO on a daily, weekly & monthly basis Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider Book quality appointments for first time visitors to achieve monthly sales quota Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets Strong customer service skills Ability to learn and use the studio software system Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must have proficient computer skills Daily and/or occasional travel may be required Attend special events and trainings as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
