Full description of the position
Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical Sales Operations Associate to support our revenue-generating teams. In this role, you will ensure data integrity, streamline sales processes, and provide actionable insights that drive the success of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. By maintaining accurate data, enhancing workflows, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you will play a pivotal role in improving sales performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact sales growth, team productivity, and the effective execution of GTM initiatives. Requirements: _ Duties/Responsibilities:_ Data Integrity & Tool Management * Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., Sales Engagement platforms, Gong, Confluence, Google Docs). * Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and operational effectiveness. Reporting & Analytics * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other tools to track campaign progress, identify trends, and measure team success. * Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance. Process Optimization & Documentation * Support and optimize sales workflows, ensuring operational efficiency. * Document and maintain up-to-date sales processes, procedures, and best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve lead qualification processes, evaluate campaign performance, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. Tool Administration * Perform basic administration tasks and onboarding for key sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Engagement platforms, Gong, Dialpad). Performance Analysis & Project Support * Assist with ad hoc analyses, variance reports, and other performance assessments against key metrics. * Support day-to-day problem resolution and continuous efficiency improvements. Sales Planning & Compensation * Assist with sales planning, territory design, and the development of compensation plans to align with company goals. Enablement & Training * Support enablement initiatives, including onboarding new sales team members and facilitating training programs for GTM teams. Required Skills/Abilities: * Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and experience in Sales Operations, business strategy, or process improvement. * Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Google Docs and strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. * Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools and creating/optimizing sequences. * Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives. * End-to-end project management experience. * Ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). * Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards. (Preferred) For applicants located in California, the salary range for this full-time role is expected to be $70,000-$80,000 per year. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
