Responsibilities * Possess an active Life & Health Insurance License. * Provide an exceptional customer experience through informed, positive, and professional interactions. * Present and explain product solutions, including features and benefits, while offering alternative options when relevant. * Generate sales from inbound calls and proactive outreach. * Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products as needed. * Support customers in selecting the right healthcare solutions by addressing and overcoming purchase barriers. * Drive growth by achieving sales goals and surpassing company metrics for revenue, retention, and service. Requirements * Active Life, Accident, and Health License and located in Jacksonville, FL. * Two or more years of Medicare call center experience. * Broadband internet with 25mbps download and 5mbps upload, with a direct-wired connection. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. * Ability to work independently, follow compliance scripts, and maintain records. * Flexible, open to feedback, and motivated to succeed. Preferred Qualifications * Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to read, write, and speak without assistance. * Available for flexible work schedules.
