We are currently looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and energetic employee with some experience representing both our mobile street sweeping equipment manufacturing and sales and construction aggregate industry parts distribution operations. * What you'll do Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Fielding incoming phone and email requests for quotes, product support, and general customer service inquiries. * Procurement of materials to fulfill special orders and drop shipment orders. * Creating, updating, and maintaining CRM & ERP records. * Work with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. * Cold calling & lead generation. * Assisting with administrative marketing tasks. * Performing tasks and assignments designated by management. Requirements * College degree in business administration, operations, marketing, or related field preferred. * Intermediate computer skills including proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software. * Experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or Google Workspace is a plus. * Valid PA driver's license. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent memory and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. * Able to work independently. * Problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills. * Reliable and punctual. Physical Requirements * Lift 50 lbs unassisted. * Occasionally operate a pick-up truck, handcart, pallet jack, and forklift.
