Duties * Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure the best outcomes for clients. * Conduct presentations to explain various insurance products and services. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations affecting insurance policies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales or outside sales environments. * Strong customer service background with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. * Familiarity with telemarketing practices is beneficial. * Previous experience in insurance sales or knowledge of insurance products is highly desirable but not mandatory. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently.
