Position Overview: As an Insurance Sales Producer with First Baldwin Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-tier insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. We recognize that this position is primarily field-based, and you will spend most of your time outside the office building valuable relationships with a variety of referral partners. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, homebuilders, mortgage loan originators, and other professionals * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local community * Conduct client meetings to assess insurance needs and provide tailored solutions * Collaborate with our in-house team of Account Managers for submissions and quoting * Utilize the support of licensed Account Managers specifically trained to service and manage accounts * Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals Qualifications: * Capability to obtain an Alabama Property & Casualty license * Proven experience in outside sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities * Self-motivated with a drive to succeed * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Join our team for flexible work-life balance and career development opportunities.
