Job description We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team for the Nashua branch! You will be successful if * You have 3+ years in Customer Service and Sales working with Mechanical / Industrial equipment. * You possess knowledge of Automotive or Industrial market segments. Mechanical knowledge or ability preferred. * You have inside sales experience within a wholesale (not retail) business preferred. * You can demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be an assertive team player with problem solving skills, possess a positive Can-Do attitude, be self-motivated and have strong work ethics. * You can show good verbal and written communication skills. * You are computer literate and efficient in MS office products. RESPONSIBILITIES * Proactively manage service agreements. * Schedule appointments with customers. * Dispatching service technicians on service calls. * Maintain up-to-date information in the computer system. * Regular follow-up of open service workorders to be scheduled. * Provide excellent customer service. * Promote the products and services of the company, i.e. Service Plans.
