Job Description for Charter Sales Manager SF The successful candidate must be highly motivated and organized, and must be a team-oriented individual, capable of providing first-class customer service and care. A results-driven candidate with a history of strong performance in the charter industry will thrive. This person will be responsible for maintaining and growing clients and building and sustaining effective business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Must provide prompt and accurate price quoting to customers and follow-up on quotes to determine results. * Must have motorcoach knowledge * Must be able to handle high call/email volume and produce quotes in an expedited fashion. * Represents the company in a professional manner at trade shows and industry/marketing events. * Collaborate with team members within the company to ensure cohesive teamwork. * Follow up with clients post trip to ensure satisfaction in a professional and timely manner. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients * Knowledge of Bay Area is a must * Adapts to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events * Book, cancel, and confirm the trips * Enter trip and client information into computer systems and complete paperwork accurately and with a sense of urgency. * Displays a sense of urgency and provides information to our clients in a professional manner and in a timely fashion.
