We're currently seeking a motivated and Experienced Ford New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and continue our growth trajectory. Position Summary: The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the new vehicle sales process, from managing the sales team and inventory to optimizing sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experience. This is a leadership position for someone who can coach, inspire, and deliver results. Requirements: * Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the Ford automotive industry. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. * Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. * Knowledge of current automotive sales practices, laws, and regulations. * Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK). * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment Ready to Drive Your Career Forward?
