The Role: We're hiring a Sales Agent to focus exclusively on growing the number of commercial properties we manage. You will build relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals, identifying properties that could benefit from our unique management offering. You won't be doing leasing or operations -- you'll be focused 100% on business development and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect commercial property owners and investors in the Wilmington area and beyond * Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present our value proposition * Nurture long-term relationships with brokers, attorneys, lenders, and community leaders * Prepare proposals and service agreements in collaboration with leadership * Track outreach, follow-ups, and performance using CRM * Represent Aloha Wilmington at networking events and industry functions * Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead gen strategies Compensation Package: We want you to win big when we win.
