Job Overview Mobile Sales Experts work as a member of our team to bring the Metro by T-Mobile brand to life. They're sales ambassadors of our brand who build energy and excitement around our products and services. This role is a learning role, where experts are working with their team and proactively building skills and proficiencies. As a Mobile Sales Expert, you will be required to successfully complete new employee training before earning bonus for individual sales. Job Responsibilities : * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service. * Achieve minimum individual sales expectations. * Assess customer needs, provide assistance, and information on product features. * Welcome customers to the store and answer their inquiries. * Follow & achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, weekly, & daily basis. * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales. * Maintain in-stock, and in presentable condition, assigned areas. * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. * Process POS (point of sale) purchases. * Handle returns of merchandise. * Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service. * Build productive trust relationships with customers. * Comply with inventory control procedures. * Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion. * Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology. * Maintain the front and back of the store with cleanliness. Pay Structure: Base Hourly Wage + Sales Commissions Education : * High School Diploma/GED (Preferred) Work Experience : * 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : * Provide a passionate customer experience with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required) * Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. (Required) * Conversational proficiency in the English & Spanish language. (Required) * Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals. * Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. * Daily sales are expected in this role. The ability to convert walk-in customers into sales based on current promotions. (Required) * Solid communication and interpersonal skills. * Availability to work flexible shifts.
