Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the insurance market, and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they can better serve our diverse clientele. We are willing to also train the right person and help obtain your Insurance License. Salary will be determined by experience. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. * Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure they understand their policy options. * Engage in insurance sales activities, including telemarketing and retail sales strategies. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to secure favorable agreements. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations affecting insurance products. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. * Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement in service offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is advantageous. * A P&C Insurance License is a plus but not required. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful policy agreements.
