Role Description The Insurance Agent/CSR will be responsible for insurance sales, managing insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and working with insurance brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service. Requirements * Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license is required. * Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required. * Experience with Agency Management Systems (Vertafore AMS360) is desirable. * Possess an upbeat, positive, and team player attitude. * Insurance experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities * Servicing and selling personal insurance products to prospective and existing clients. * Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure coverage adequacy and satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and renewals in the system. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. * Maintain relationships with carriers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Have a confident understanding of underwriting guidelines to give clients the best experience. * Other duties assigned. Skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Proven experience in customer service within the insurance industry. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and services. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
