Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cold calling, to maximize revenue opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of current products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through the end , ensuring a smooth customer experience. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. * Analyze retail math metrics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. * Conduct public speaking presentations when necessary to promote products or services at events or meetings. * Foster strong relationships with clients in the automotive industry, understanding dealership dynamics and customer preferences. Skills * Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. * Strong understanding of retail math principles to analyze sales data effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. * Experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, along with familiarity with dealership operations. * Ability to engage in public speaking and present information confidently to groups. * Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while increasing revenue. * Strong cold calling skills to initiate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
