Sales Concierge - The Green Plug The Green Plug is a leading energy company specializing in innovative solar solutions. We are dedicated to providing sustainable energy options to our clients and are looking for a motivated Sales Concierge to join our dynamic team. Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Concierge to work in-person at our Garden City office, supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Concierge will assist with client inquiries, coordinate sales activities, and contribute to the overall success of our solar energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for clients calling the office. * Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and following up with leads. * Provide detailed information about our solar products and services to potential customers. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Support office operations, including organizing client meetings and events. Qualifications: * Preferred: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Passion for renewable energy and sustainability. * Proficient and comfortable learning new software * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
