Your journey begins here! Job Description: As a System Application Sales Engineer (m/f/d), you have the chance to be at the forefront. Your mission? To not only understand the unique process requirements of our customers but to revolutionize them with tailored system designs. In collaboration with our dedicated team of sales, engineering, and project management experts, you will develop comprehensive solutions to excite our customers in the battery market and further drive our growth. Responsibilities: * Analyze customer process requirements and develop innovative system designs. * Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs. * Provide technical expertise to support the sales team during the sales cycle. * Conduct product demonstrations, pilot plant testing, and commissioning at customer facilities. * Prepare detailed proposals and sales documents, including technical specifications and cost estimates. * Develop new system layouts and provide technical assistance for existing systems. * Coordinate activities related to market launch and participate in conferences and exhibitions. Your Profile: * Degree in Process, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field. * Experience in process engineering, particularly in material processing and battery cell production. * Strong understanding of process technology, plant design, and industrial systems. * Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies and translate them into effective solutions. * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to travel. * Ideally, experience with drying processes, mixing operations, and dispersing.IKA-Werke GmbH & CO.
