Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with lead generation, and facilitating product demonstrations. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs will be crucial in driving sales success and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships. * Provide support in lead generation activities to identify potential clients. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Facilitate upselling opportunities by identifying additional products or services that meet client requirements. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the software systems. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong skills in direct sales, lead generation, and retail sales techniques. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. * Ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with potential clients. * Experience with upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. * Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer information. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
