Now Hiring: Elite TO Closer - Vacation Club/Timeshare Sales Manager THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN DRAPER OR LAYTON. UTAH Are you one of the top closers in the industry? We're looking for a proven, battle-tested TO professional with a strong track record in vacation club or timeshare sales--someone who doesn't just talk the talk, but closes at the highest level. This is a high-stakes role with massive upside potential. If you've consistently produced guaranteed, verifiable numbers, we want to talk to you. If you don't have real TO experience in the vacation ownership space, this isn't the opportunity for you. About the Role: This is a leadership-level sales position for an elite closer. You'll serve as both a front-line manager and a high-level closer--back-ending deals and helping lead a sales team to consistent production. Compensation: * Base salary: $60,000 while you ramp up. * First 45 days: Most reps will exceed $100K pace quickly. * High performers: $150K-$225K+ total annual earning potential. * Top closers can exceed $250K. Key Responsibilities: * Close qualified prospects at a high percentage--on the spot. * Support and train a small team of sales reps to increase conversions. * Handle objections like a pro and move deals across the finish line. * Maintain a sharp, professional, and motivating presence on the floor. Requirements (Non-Negotiable): * Proven experience as a TO closer in vacation club or timeshare sales. * Verifiable numbers and industry references--we are well connected and WILL check. * Elite-level closing skills--this is not for beginners or mid-level talent. * Strong leadership and team-building capability. * Willingness to relocate or commute to Draper/Layton, Utah.
