Currently we are looking for full time sales associates. RETAIL WIRELESS SALES CONSULTANT We are an Authorized US Cellular agent store. Our Retail Wireless Sales Consultants sell wireless technology, of course. But their real sense of fulfillment is in consulting out of their passion for technology and their desire to make others' lives just a bit easier. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries "Go the extra mile" to drive sales Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Actively seek out customers in store Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers Skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Basic Math skills Hands-on experience with POS transactions A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus High school degree Job Types: Full-time Base pay: $16-$18 with Unlimited monthly bonus This location has an average monthly payout of $600-$800 Expected adjusted hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week Work Location: In person People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Sam's Club discount Movie theater discounts Pet insurance Theme Park, Cruise, Hotel discounts.
