Responsibilities: * Generate and qualify new customers through various channels. * Lead sales presentations via Zoom and in-home meetings to close contracts. * Represent WireNutz Solar with professionalism, raising awareness of solar power and battery storage. * Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. * Participate in continuous training to improve your skills and advance your career in sales and customer service. What We 're Looking For: * Prior sales experience in areas such as Solar, Pest Control, TV Sales, Mortgages, or Home Automation/Security Systems. * Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with customers confidently. * Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward personal growth and achievement. * Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a commission-based environment. * Drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-reward industry. * Desire to build lasting relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor in the solar space.
