We have an opportunity for you to join our team as an Insurance Agent. The primary focus of this role is to serve as an independent insurance agent for Premier Insurance Services, specifically supporting the Waupaca and Winneconne office locations.This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing the opportunity to maximize your earnings based on performance. You will have the opportunity to connect with customers, assess their needs, and provide them with tailored insurance solutions as well as maintaining existing customers' policies. Responsibilities: * Assist clients in selecting the right policy for their needs by explaining the different insurance options and filling out the necessary insurance applications to obtain the desired insurance. * Call on new and existing policyholders to deliver and explain policies, analyze insurance coverage, and suggest additions, endorsements, or changes according to their changing insurance needs. * Develop clientele by networking to find new customers and working with Bank employees to obtain referrals. * Help retain existing customers by reviewing renewals, rewriting policies if needed and cross-selling other insurance products. * Hold valid insurance licenses and seek the required credits for maintaining these licenses to sell all types of insurance, including property, casualty, life, health, and accident. * Research and obtain quotes and establish payment method for customers, along with collecting the initial down payments, utilizing the help of the agency's Customer Service Representative. Required Skills : * Insurance licenses and sales skills are preferred, but not required. * Good oral and written communication skills * High School Diploma or equivalent What is it like to be* _Premier_*?
