The AT&T Sales Representative will engage with customers, assist them in product selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Duties * Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Demonstrate products effectively to highlight features and benefits within a retail setting. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Process transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales goals. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Experience with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
