Direct customers to product information resources. * Contact current customers to maintain customer relations, to offer opportunity to trade in their current vehicle, and to improve overall customer loyalty. * Stay up to date with current inventory, sales and advertising campaigns, rebates and incentives offered, and sales forecasts and goals. * Stay up to date with current industry and consumer trends * Conduct post-sale follow up with customers and follow up continuously with previous leads. * Report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives and action plans to increase internet sales effectiveness. * Manage any internet sales reps, assist with customer interactions, and ensure sales quotas are being met. Requirements: * Previous BDC/Internet sales experience required * Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook * Maintain enthusiasm with high energy throughout the workday * Have exceptional customer service skills * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficient understanding of the Internet customer base * Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting * Available to work flexible hours and weekends * Professional, well-groomed appearance * Must have a clean driving record & valid driver's license * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Employee discount * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
